We want you to love your BloomChic pieces, which is why we offer a flexible 45-day return policy for most items in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. Our goal is to ensure every body finds its perfect fit with total confidence and ease.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Return Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for printer-less drop-off at designated locations.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return shipping label, and drop the package off at the nearest carrier facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or as store credit within 5-10 business days.
